Completion of our Administering Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Unity Connection: ACUCM course is intended to provide support to Cisco Collaboration administrators and engineers. This course focuses on basic adds, changes, and moves. It will provide you with an overview of how Cisco Unified Communications clusters operate inside production environments. After finishing the course, you will be familiar with many of the more common applications and features, such as conferencing (MeetMe and ConferenceNow), modifying and configuring media resources like music on hold (MOH), and a variety of other tools, including hold, call park, iDivert, DND, and others.

This course will also show you the fundamental logic behind CUCM call routing, which includes route lists, local route groups, exploring route patterns, and Class of Service (CoS),
